  Pair of Wildcats Remain Strong at U.S. National Championships8/12/2008
While the start of the women's fencing season is still a couple of months away, Northwestern continues to remain competitive, as a pair of Wildcats participated in the U.S. National Championships in San Jose, Calif., July 1-10. NU assistant coach Ed Kaihatsu competed in the Division IA Men's Foil on July 8. With a field of 94 entries, Kaihatsu captured the bronze medal and renewed his "A" rating as a fencer.
